Karen Haller Beer has spent more than two decades teaching and developing learning materials for major US and international publishers. She holds a master’s degree in Applied Linguistics, and currently teaches in a high school in Pittsburgh, PA, USA. Karen has taught learners ranging in age from middle school to adult, working in both English Language Teaching and World Language programs. She has written and developed a variety of ELT programs for learners ranging from preschool through adulthood. When not working, Karen enjoys traveling, cooking, walking her dog, practicing yoga, and spending time with family and friends.
